一、个人简介
陈建妃,理学博士,副教授,博士毕业于北京大学环境科学与工程学院环境科学专业,2022年8月作为福建省“引进生”加入福建师范大学环境与资源学院。主要研究方向为水环境控制与生物技术,共合作发表SCI论文20余篇,个人H指数14。目前已经以第一作者在Water Research(1篇)、Environmental Microbiology(1篇)、Environment International(1篇)、Science of the Total Environment(2篇)、Environmental Pollution(2篇)、Environmental Research(1篇)、Journal of Environmental Sciences(1篇,封面)等高水平期刊上发表SCI论文10余篇。
二、研究方向
1、新污染物生物降解机制:结合多组学(包括代谢组学、宏基因组学、宏转录组学以及蛋白组学)、DNA-SIP和功能菌群分离培养等分子生物学技术,研究新污染物的生物降解机理与降解途径,表征相关的降解功能基因。
2、抗性基因在水环境的迁移转化:利用新一代测序技术与生物信息学大数据分析相结合的技术手段,探索水生态中抗生素抗性基因、抗生素耐药菌以及致病菌的分布、来源和演化。
3、微生物驱动环境物质循环的驱动机理和生态效应:关注河流、湖泊和湿地等水生态中微生物生态结构与功能,结合稳定同位素探针和新一代测序技术手段,解析水环境中微生物碳氮循环代谢机制以及环境适应机制。
